Choosing a provider is an important part of your healthcare. Superior Choice Medical Group makes it easy to find a Primary Care Physician (PCP) or specialist who fits your needs. Our network includes caring and qualified clinicians across Southern California.
Once you choose your PCP, call your health plan and tell them you want Superior Choice Medical Group as your medical group. After this is completed, your PCP becomes your main contact for all of your medical care.
Scheduling & Preparing for Your Visit
When you are ready to see your doctor, simply call the provider’s office to schedule an appointment. Some offices may offer online scheduling, and many have same-day or next-day visits for urgent needs.
Before your visit, bring your medication bottles, think about your recent health concerns, and write down any questions you want to ask. Bringing your insurance card and photo ID will help your check-in go smoothly.
During the visit, your doctor will review your health history, talk with you about your goals, and let you know if you need any screenings or follow-up care.
